Uh, the beginning sounded different, but I can't hear anything else over this thunder storm. Anyway, I have crappy speakers here at work, so I'll give it more of a listen when I get home.

This in fact s quite an awesome distorted take if this is from the Adore session, though the James Bond-ish melody in the middle if kinda lame.

bingo, someone's mic'd a stereo playing either the CD or maybe a cassette dub, giving the pops. extra distortion is just from the levels of the mic recording. it's the same as the official mix.
