Me and my folks we have presents-free Christmas this year. I can only recommend it.

alright.... i don't think i'm getting anything either. i didn't ask for anything.

i still couldn't help spending another $60 on more presents for my parents yesterday. i don't know what's wrong with me. someone should really take away my credit cards. not that $60 is a lot of money, but it was really unnecessary.

anyway, back to thread. here's a paragraph where that quote is from. come ooooooon, someone has to get this

"A song is like a dream and you try to make it come true. They're like strange countries that you have to enter. You can write a song anywhere, in a railroad compartment, on a boat, on horseback - it helps to be moving. Sometimes people who have the greatest talent for writing songs never write any because they are not moving."
- p. 165-166

Now, you have to choose from presents I have available

I can send you a very nice postcard from Algonquin, or... maple candy? or, maybe you can tell me what you'd like.

I really would've guessed the quote was from a Disney character. How odd.
