I actually haven't, I just thought it was a good enough question for a new thread. I suppose the word "else" in the title was misleading. Be that as it may, I'm feeling good about this thread.

my band from high school that somehow never broke up cut basics for a new album last year and sometime in between then and the final mix it became carnival-themed so i'm mentally preparing myself to play some gigs soon that are tastelessly whacky

recently, someone took me to a magic shop. Not like a shop for magic tricks mind you, but an actual shop for people looking to cast spells and access the hidden powers around us. I had never been to such a place before. The heavy-duty stuff was all in the back room, big high shelves full of crystals and exotic herbs and mysterious things under glass. The proprietor told me she could sell me the ability to kill my stepmother if I so desired

I've considered going back and asking some questions, because recently I've become interested in Kabbalah, specifically this spell in which you can destroy someone's mind by gifting them a cursed egg

I've been reading a book about the English occultist/ceremonial magician/scamp Aleister Crowley. I actually have two of his books on my bookshelf ('The Book of Lies' and 'The Book of the Law') but I've never properly read them, just skimmed them. A very interesting fellow, though.
