It's a good song. I love Trompe le monde. It's my favorite Pixies album... I just don't think it's a stand-out by any means... It's one of the more straight-forward tracks in their catalog.

Nofx are great songwriters that know how to pack a bunch in a very small amount of time. They get straight to the point with their tracks and don't cut any corners with any sort of art-boy wankery... Theres nothing at all pretentious about NOFX, and that's why they've had such a huge fanbase for over 25 years.
