I wonder if that's an indication that the band will be around in July, since they will be playing in Europe around that time

Black Sabbath original 4 show would be a good time for Billy to bring the original 4 SP back. I’m delusional.

Billy is doing the Sabbath show with Danny Carey and Tom Morello from the sound of it

Might try for tickets but they are going to be £££

I find it funny Billy got an invite when guys with similar personalities are noticeably excluded (Dave Mustaine and his band are the only member of the Big 4 of thrash not invited, Axl Rose’s guitarist and bassist are invited but not him). Especially because Sharon really had issues with Billy in the past too.

I saw the original Black Sabbath at ozzfest must have been like 2004 or something. They were incredibly powerful and Ozzy was an exuberant showman. I feel really lucky to have seen that band play. One of the best shows I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t get much better than geezer/ward. The band that created a genre

I saw them in 2016 but sans Ward. Still the best show I've seen to date, there is no band quite like them when they're together, but not having Ward there will always bother me unless I somehow figure out a way to get to this one (extremely doubtful). Still glad I got to see Ozzy, Iommi and Geezer though.

Saw them in 2016 also. The drummer they had was some generic metal drummer. Had absolutely none of the jazz swing that Ward has. Totally the wrong vibe.
