Lol some funny bits about Billy saying why they chose Butch Vig was because of the kick drum, jimmy says yeah but also he was doing heavy stuff, billy was like no it was mainly because of the kick drum!

Then they go on about budget being 20k for gish, but they went over by 10k so 30k in total. Jimmy is adamant that they used their own money for that, billy kept correcting him saying no it was the labels'.

Because of the poor soundproofing, Billy said hearing Jimmy's drums in Smart Studios was louder than any concert they've played. Many drum takes are first takes.

The first trip was with a girl he was cheating with when he dated Chris. He felt guilty, drove over to Chris's house (high), and had to explain where he got L.S.D. When he was on the trip, he had a "revelation" he wrote down; the next day it was "mustard lies" written on the page. "I had to put it in the song because it's so fucking bad." Later, they actually met the man who translated the lyric sheet to Japanese on the Japanese releases. He translated it to reference "mayonnaise" instead of mustard, and that's where Billy got the song title from for the Siamese Dream song.

CBGB booker once booked Smashing Orange and Smashing Pumpkins as a joke. Billy called them "indie college stuck up motherfuckers". Going on a rant about that now.
