Did Billy bring up that meeting that leaked where Howard Stern called Billy a has-been until he went back onto Stern's show in 2012? I know Billy probably cannot say anything because Stern holds the power, but I wondered if he could contain himself.

That happen years ago, and he said that live (it didn't leak). Billy's attended the show a few times after that. They are friends.

Yeah, I bet it eats Billy up inside, but he can't say anything. Howard Stern remains one of the few outlets that always causes a bump in sale or interest. I thought it did "leak" in a sense. IIRC, it was some kind of private event for Stern's staff, and someone took a cell phone clip of it. You're right that it was not a private conversation, but it was still something that clearly wasn't intended for the public. The video itself made it clear it was being shot in a way to avoid detection. What year was this, and when did Billy go back on the show? Public enough. And addressed live. He didn't say anything bad anyways. He said the band was off the radar before the show and that the album (Oceania) became top 10 after the show, or something like that.

I live in Atlanta, but bought tickets to the Birmingham show on this run since they weren't playing an Atlanta date. I'll wait and see about if I go to the Atlanta show for the JA run, but took a look at Ticketmaster out of curiosity. It looks like it's following the 2018 tour trends in terms of sales. You can see all the people who bought tickets on the first day, but there are still TONS of seats.
