Not a band I would buy a record by, but I remember hearing some non-single tracks a few years ago and thinking it was far less terrible than I would have expected it to be. Also that lyric about "I'm not black like Barry White is, i'm white like Frank Black is" was pretty funny.

Also I saw them at a festival once and they were straight up disgusting. Bass player chugged an entire jug of Emu Export (cheap, horrible Australian beer) and then threw up into the empty jug and then chugged his own vomit.

A former drummer of mine went to see these guys like ten years ago or whatever it was. It was sold out, so they came down to try and buy a ticket. I guess the band members were outside with a video camera, and were like "Oh, you want a ticket? Will you eat a cigarette butt for a ticket?" and so they found a filter/butt on the ground (of downtown Minneapolis) and he had to eat it, in order to get a ticket. And the band was filming this apparently.

I always laughed when I heard that, too.

I probably haven't thought about the Bloodhound Gang since that song was popular. For years I had no idea they also did that "Fire Water Burn" song.
