Is everyone in DE responsible? Or just the people who have no control over DE laws. Cause Biden was only in State gov for 4 years between 1968 and 1972. He doesn't have a say in the fact that DE is a tax haven.

Also, the deregulation of the credit industry, that led to high credit card rates and junk fees occured during the Reagan, Bush, and Clinton admins. Not Biden's or Obama's.

In 1900 the USA and Argentina were roughly equal economically. With similar GDP and personal income. Both were on rapid development paths. Argentina was one of the 10 wealthiest countries in the world.

Now the avg income in Argentina is 1/12th that of the USA.
