of course they are not the same thing. the rant is solid. christians rarely contest science in any arena besides what would directly contradict their young earth view. they'll never question the merit of a scientific study that directly improves their quality of life, even if it explicitly contradicts something in the bible.

also, most christians are retarded and don't know the difference between evolution and abiogenesis.
