When it comes to nude images, I think people are coming to the idea that even if you willingly release them to the public, you should have the right to change your mind and prevent those images from being circulated at any time. We've traditionally thought that "once to release something to the public sphere, people can do what they want with it," but the idea of the "right to be forgotten" is gaining more currency, and even the EU has codified the right for people to have removed private information about themselves under certain circumstances.

I mean, I suppose Strawberry wouldn't even need new rights to be legislated to have her nude photo removed. You automatically hold the copyright to any photo you take, so if that's a selfie, she could just use intellectual property laws to prevent other people from having the right to reproduce it. These rights wouldn't be based on the idea of "privacy," but on ownership. However, it wouldn't prevent the use of the photo in Fair Use contexts (for example, being indexed as a thumbnail in a search engine or in a documentary on the history of Netphoria, because a thumbnail doesn't act as a substitute for a full image).

I'm rambling here, but I guess I'm saying that even is Strawberry was attention-seeking when she released the photos and then later regretted it, one could argue that she still has a valid moral or perhaps even legal claim to having the photo suppressed. Though I do wonder what the implications of that might be in other contexts.
