What about Kevin Parker, aka "Tame Impala guy". His makes modern psychedelic music that's influenced by some of the 60s rock which Billy likes, but he's also had mainstream success in the 2010s, which Billy wants. Plus there seems to be mutual respect between the two of them.

If we’re talking about for the album they are currently
tracking, I’d have to say Flood. If this is a trilogy of records, I feel like his input/sound would be beneficial.
