DAVIN THINKS Jimmy is coming home to Chicago
http://www.bergproperties.com/blog/s...53/celebrities
http://www.bergproperties.com/blog/w...amberlin-i.jpg I guess this means the new pumpkinland is almost finished? In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Chamberlin’s sale of the house, which is at 35972 Murano Street in Murrieta. Built in 2003, the three-bedroom house, which is about 60 miles south of Los Angeles, has two baths and sits on a 0.27-acre lot, according to public records. The house did not appear to have been on the market. Records show that Chamberlin paid what appears to be a much higher price – $562,000 – for the house in July 2004. We’re not sure yet whether Chamberlin was a victim of the lousy housing market, or whether there’s something funky going on in the public records databases that we access. Chamberlin has owned several other houses over the years. He previously had owned a 10-room house on 4.28 acres at 3299 Middlesax Drive in Long Grove, Ill., which he purchased in 2002 for $832,500 and sold in 2004 for $895,000, according to public records. Prior to that, Chamberlin had owned a house at 535 Basil Road in Lake Bluff, Ill., which he had purchased in 1998 for $312,000 and sold in 2002 for $355,000, according to public records. And before that, Chamberlin had owned a house at 4437 N. Mozart Street on Chicago’s Northwest Side that he purchased in 1994 for $222,500 and sold in 1998 for $285,500, according to public records. It’s unclear where Chamberlin has moved. When we find out, we’ll write about it here. |

it doesn't say it. i'm making some hypotheses and assumptions, but i have good reason to believe it to be so.
i also have good reason to believe that if it weren't for JC and his family being in LA in the first place, there may not have been so many things occuring there. anyway, i dont' remember which one (blue room, zeitgeist dvd, aol sessions, whatever....) but in one of the articles talking about the new punmpkinland beign setup in chicago, there was also discussion of the band moving back here, if i remember correctly. they (JC and members of his fam) had already been partially living here in more temporary housing during the extended rehearsals and such, again, from what i heard. |

well he's leaving LA...that's good news to me. And considering Billy said he wants to work EVERYDAY and how they are building Pumpkinland 2.0...one can only assume. But hey, still speculation.

Murrieta is an absolutely shitty place to live, it probably has more to do with that, who the fuck would have advised him to buy a house out there.

heh, that sleazy photo doesn't help. i can guarantee it would have been creepier coming from you though, wc.
i just see it as an indication that the new studio is almost done. just in time for the two month break after the August "warm up" tour to get settled in chi-town, before more shows in november. |

you know, i guess a website dedicated to shit like this is the internet age's equivalent of star maps for the celebrity gossip nuts. i'm sure lots and lots of people do google earth their favorite soap star's seized properties.
but around here, between billy's dad getting arrested and ginger's wedding, i figured something like this thats public record was already beign silently watched by some people on here already. you know who you are. |
