Problem with lossless Machina II from Western Avenue

I seem to have come across a problem, downloading that lossless Machina II from Western Avenue. The whole thing worked fine until I came to White Spider and In My Body, which I cannot get to convert to WAV. I drag them into the MKW Audio Compression thing, same as every other file, but I get the error message "Error reported by Shorten: sanity check fails trying to decode function: 15789656." Only those two files have the problem. I have tried redownloading them to no effect.
