Wow...this was surprising. Keep in mind iTunes only adds a point to the play count if you listen all they way through. Sometimes I click on another song when the current song is just ending, thereby skewing the count a little.

Usually when I use iTunes I skip to the next song before the current one finishes which is probably why it shows them not being played a lot, I've listened to The Everlasting Gaze over 100 times, and I use my iPod more than iTunes.

Yes, but did you know that when you plug your iPod in to synchronize it with your computer, it updates the iTunes play counts to account for what you have listened to on your iPod? Neat, huh?
