and there was an interview with billy circa MCIS era. He was talking about 33, and how he had 66 and 99 as the continuation of the story. 99 floors, lyrically, fits into this theme....the world ending....return of whatever god people may praise...

so far, all i have is 52 crows being involved in a total of 58 birds infected with the avian flu in CT back in 2003.
