Has there been any updates on those vinyl releases I overpaid for and already regret?

I got mine last night and will concur that the quality on this is astounding. I was a little worried by some of the comments made on Instagram by Billy and his team about "trying to clean these up as much as possible", and "these are live recording so not perfect"...but damn, if he released more of these old shows and they all sound this good, it will be the smartest thing he's done in forever.

Still fucking sucks that there's no download cards though. ��

Open up the archives, upload these show on to a service like Nugs.net and sell individual downloads if people wish to own. Offer mp3 and FLAC versions and call it a day. This doesn't have to be so hard, Billy.

Radiohead, Boris, Bjork & co make it look so easy to put awesome archival releases & whatnot on a service like bandcamp for the fans to buy if they choose (and believe it or not, they often choose to)

My copy arrived today. Honestly, yeah, the packaging could’ve been a bit more expansive for the price but as the pressings are (apparently) not enormous runs, I’ll overlook it. Packing and the sleeve itself showed up in great condition. Sound quality is fucking incredible. That said, somebody rip it so I can listen to this on the go.

The model King Crimson have adopted is the best one and one he should look at. All the archives available online, track-by-track downloads, all properly categorised. And mostly studio-level quality.

this is very true; one big thing that keeps me coming back to SP, as well as making getting into SP so rewarding is the countless bootleg shows

medium key spoiled me for other bands, how it's challenging if not impossible to get shows for anyone else
