It's quite tasty, although the name can be quite confusing. Most places outside of Texas call it "country fried steak"... which is always how you can tell if a restaurant is headquartered/franchised from somewhere else. hah.

My Russian friend once ordered it, cut into it, and asked me, "Why is the chicken brown? What is wrong with this?"
