Good props with the Mighty Final Fight... that was like the last NES game to ever be made... really shows the true powers of the 8 Bit glory.

the music really pumps me up especially when you get to the end of the level and have to battle the bosses.

the spectrum of 8-bit sounds that come out of a nes is pretty universally awesome.

as video game music turned more and more into video game pre-recorded scores, it's just not as fun.

i agree. the compositions are amazing. this is really nerdy but i just downloaded a bunch of nes tracks for the meridian (can't find winamp plugin) goonies 2
