Netphoria should allow a path for redemption for banned members

Honestly, to be banned with no path for redemption is very harsh. Even murderers are allowed a 2nd chance in society in most areas across the world, but with Netphoria, once you're banned it's final. I think everyone should be allowed a 2nd chance. There should at least be a path for redemption. All good societies depend on this mindset. If we wanna run Netphoria with a compassionate tone and feel, shouldn't this be something considered?

There's been some insane server bullshit I've been dealing with the last few weeks. It will be fixed soon. Basically updated WordPress, it fucked up the site, reverted back to a backup, other fuckup issues leading to DDOS from fake international IP's. Permanent solution is coming soon.
