SPLRA lists a TV>VHS>DVD master transfer circulating. This upgrade is the same generation, but without the DVD quality loss. The video is deinterlaced and encoded via x264. The mkv file has the x264 video, an AAC audio track, and a secondary FLAC audio track.

There's not a consensus on how to label TV sources. Some call the VHS tape a master, others VHS(1). I tend to use VHS(1), so that's what i'm labeling this as. I've already updated SPLRA for this source http://www.splra.org/wiki/index.php?title=Tsp1995-12-12
