I would never be friends with, or likely even share a table with, such an oversensitive, pansy of a person. If they can't take a simple and polite request to please stop eating so loud, then they need to go live at a church youth group or something. The only thing probably more annoying than loud eaters are oversensitive, codependent people.

with that said, i could only point it out to someone who i'm fairly close to. like, my dad for example. or other relatively close friends. the person who prompted this thread is not someone i feel comfortable confronting about matters such as this one. :-/
