Default if TAFH really was a 7" vinyl box set

what song would you pick to be the flipside of each single. you can only pick one per single. here are mine:

A1 - BWBW
A2 - ...Said Sadly (because you have to choose 1 james song and paying the extended rights for a cover is too much of a hassle).

B1 - 1979
B2 - Ugly

C1 - Zero
C2 - Mouths of Babes

D1 - Tonight Tonight
D2 - Jupiter's Lament

E1 - 33
E2 - The Last Song

BWBW
...Said Sadly (vocals are gorgeous, good point about the covers)

1979
Set the Ray (every non-James song on here is kind of boring but I like this one the best. nice drums. Billy would never have two James songs)

Zero
Marquis (It's kickass)

Tonight Tonight
Meladori Magpie (Tough choice, but MM is my favorite. SP should do more country songs)

33
My Blue Heaven (I like the old timey aesthetic. really unique song/cover, kinda fits with the original track)

Dreaming
Set the Ray to Jerry
Marquis in Spades
Rotten Apples
The Last Song

It would be cool if there were a MCIS counterpart to Siamese Singles with b-sides that didn't appear on the CD singles

it's like the released too much vinyl with SD (a 7" and a 12" for each single as well as the box set) and then with MCIS or TAFH you basically get nothing. there's like a zero promo and a 1979 single and that's it.

I actually agree with the general concensus above (set the Ray, last song), but wanted to try something different.

I'd honestly probably put marquis with zero but pennies is one of my absolute favorite SP songs

BWBW
...Said Sadly

1979
Set the Ray to Jerry (I'm tempted to say Ugly here but Set the Ray is just too good)

Zero
Mouths of Babes (Marquis in Spades also works, Pennies would be third best choice)

Tonight Tonight
Meladori Magpie/Medellia of the Gray Skies or Rotten Apples/Tonite Reprise

Thirty-Three
The Last Song

In my own personal fan fiction reformist history they released it as a box set of multi-colored 10" singles so you get 2 bonus tracks on side b except for tonight tonight you can squeeze 3 with the reprise version.
