Billy in his 20's to 40's was an absolute hunk if you ask me. I have always felt that Billy in his prime exuded Chad energy through the roof. It's odd that people think James is the hot guy in SP. What a world we live in

He wasn't "handsome" but he certainly had a sort of feminine beauty in the early years, up to when he cut his hair to a short back and sides and then looked like a 12 year old boy. James conversely looked at his most photogenic with the shorter dyed hair.

Billy was probably at his most "handsome" during the Zeitgeist era, when his face was more angular than in the MCIS - Adore era.

But here we are talking about Billy Corgan's looks.
