Guys, wear some sunscreen. Two tablespoons at minimum!
Walking to the the bus stop and back (the only times I ever go outside) left me with a tanline on my right arm where I kept an elastic band for hair purposes. This mark cannot be due to restricted blood flow, because I removed the hair band approximately two days ago.

No matter where you live and what climate you have, you are still at risk for sun damage which leads to sun cancer. This also applies to the amount of pigmentation you have. A tan is sun damage as is sun burn. I used my small tan line as an example to point out that the sun is indeed mighty, and will smite you.

but seriously though, my mom had skin cancer... you can not have any excessive sun light for years and years and it can develop from exposure you have when you were a child. at least that is what the doctors said..
