I don't know what "zoomergaze" is, but I will say that Zoomers have better fashion sense than millennials and that I'm glad the twee aesthetic is dead.

twee>shoegaze. most of the great shoegaazers went to twee eventually (starflyer, mojave 3, ride, hell even the pumpkins kinda). it's more fulfilling. the kids just love the guitar effects again.

yes my experience since working in a "music city" is that shoegaze and metal are dominate among the youth

"Wall of sound" is the only sound

everything is either very understated, ambient music with guitars, or completely fucking ridiculous (see: all of metal)

It's more that I dislike finger tattoos of handlebar mustaches and when people dress like a cast member of Nick & Nora's Infinite Playlist or Little Miss Sunshine and stuff. Oh, and when people look like they're about to ask me whether I'm a Gryffindor or a Hufflepuff.

I have not entirely made peace with low-rise jeans making a comeback, but the other elements of fashion are fine.

The pickups on the jazzmaster sound the best in a band setting. I’ve been paying close attention to this. The note seperation and clarity from jazzmaster pickups are better than strats and teles whilst in the mix. When you put Teflon tape around the “floating bridge” posts it no longer is wonky so long as you aren’t cranking on the trem like the testosterone filled boy you are
