It's very cool that he's doing this and I should focus on that I guess. I wonder if he's trying to get other artists involved? Like the vague mention of "other members of the Pumpkins family" makes me think he doesn't even have particular people in his own band locked down, so perhaps that's the best one can do on short notice like this, I dunno. Didn't they just go on tour with Jane's Addiction, or they're going to, or something? Can he rope those folks in?

Why not? I'm happy he's putting on the concert and don't doubt it's sincerity, but it's legitimate to be curious about how this relates to his relationship to a public figure who routinely claims that major mass shootings are hoaxes. Does Corgan disagree with Jones on that? Does he agree with some instances of Jones denying mass shootings, but disagree with Jones on Parkland? Does he disagree with Jones on this issue in general, while just feeling that Jones has other redeeming qualities beyond his harassment of the families of mass-shooting casualties?

I'm not saying "cancel the benefit concert!" I'm saying, you can't expect people to tip-toe around questions about this just because you're doing a good thing. |

Bill’s bogeys make him relatable. But it is like perfectly centrally placed. Mesmerising.
But a real classy move by Bill. Good on Zuzu’s for raising money. Seems pretty cool tbh. I’d frequent there if I lived local with my Friends. |

with zuzu's closed for a few days, the bottom line was clearly affected.
the benefit, is it a 'benefit me, billy & my buisness' type benefit? |

This whole gymnastic routine of "you once talked to a guy who believes X, so therefore you also believe X" needs to fucking stop. |

are the goths on that show actually not real goths but instead reflect the exact same values as the host?
