mr sinister has the x men's fucking number. don't want to fuck with him. he's an evil genius superpowered geneticist that's lived since the 1800s and manipulated prof. x and cyclops from a young age

this is from 2 months ago, good issue

Nah, only time comics came into play in my life was when i was really young. My mom picked up like 250 from some garage sale. Mostly dc and marvel comics. A few Simpsons in there, too. Growing up I was really into television. I'd plan my day around it, tv all the time. Which is why I forgo it at this point in my life.

I don't understand why something as fun as rollerblading was just a fad. that needs to come back.

and yeah rollerblading was alot of fun and kinda weird how it was just a fad in spite of how fun it was. i had a pair of blades and regret not using them. i guess i figured it'd always be normal for people to be whizzing by on rollerblades through the neighborhood so what's the rush

can't believe i miss the 90s as much as i do

I set up a ramp outside my house with a friend when I was in like grade 5 or something. It was two planks of wood over some bricks on the pavement, one plank for each 'blade'. It started raining a bit but we had to give it a try before we left, and I offered to go first thinking I would naturally have this air jumping shit covered. Anyway, rolled down the pavement, lined my legs up, clunked over the edge of the wood and watched the planks spread away from each other, taking my feet with them, and then kicked out and landed on the bricks with my tail bone. So sitting there with a bleeding tail stump, in front of my friend, on the side of the road, in the rain, I took the time to think about this rollerblading business.

yeah i had a hard time with it too i guess that's why i would just fuck with it for thirty minutes and then go back inside and rot away in from of my super nes. mainly i had a hard time stablizing myself on them. but once i got in the groove of things it was pretty fun going down slopes in the flooding reservoir

also they were pretty uncomfortable but my parents probably just got me a cheap pair

i had quite a few pairs and played street hockey with neighbors a lot. my cousin and i used to cruise around schools doing tricks and shit, too. i used to use the bed of my dad's truck to try and get as much air as possible jumping out into the street. i also used to skate the pedestrian walkway over the freeway all the time cuz it swirled down on each side and was hella fun to go down as fast as possible and shoot out onto the sidewalk on the other side. then go back and do it the other way.
