Is it just me or is Sleep Token's whole schtick basically MACHINA?
...especially their biggest song THE SUMMONING ...the po-faced pomposity... the lore-ish grandiosity...the mechanical crunch of the guitars...the heavy bits being a bit shoe-horned...ST's entire DNA can be found in The Everlasting Gaze. Not sure if that's a good thing.

Never heard of this group before but I looked them up. It sounds like djent with some vaguely sheogaze atmospheric guitar here and there. I can see what you’re saying about Machina a bit. Corgan was kind of ahead of his time there with that style of rock combining metal/shoegaze at times.

ST are definitely having "their moment", mainly because of this song that feels like something turn of the century Billy could've knocked out in his sleep. In fairness, Sleep Token's masked, anonymous frontman Vessel is a better singer
