I was just making a dumb joke about two bands operating during roughly the same period and not particularly well-remembered today, I don't know if the songs are at all similar, I didn't even listen to either when I threw those in the... mixer... site... thing

Daniel Johns has released some post Silverchair stuff, but afaik he disappears for years, drops an album, and then cancels the tour. Although he constantly records material Prince-style at home and never releases it. He has a big neck tattoo now too apparently.

I actually thought this too at the time. When the guy peaked (2003 imho) the song was pretty great though. Love this show and this version of the song - starts at his guitar solo....

He rants a few times during the last few songs ("The Door" on) and those are great imho also.....

They were all tripping/blitzed
