SFTD > R/Lullabies > S/T
and yeah, Song For The Deaf might be the greatest thing ever |

I think it's a toss up between Rated R and the self titled, then Songs for the Deaf, then Lullabies to Paralyze. I couldn't get into that one at all...

Sometimes I think R is their best album, and sometimes I think SFTD is. I can't decide.

part of the translation: "Era Vulgaris" will be the bands fifth album and several interesting artists will be contributing. Among them, [Julian Casablancas, Trent Reznor, Mark Lanegan]" !!!!! |

i havent seen interpol live yet, i will at coachella. ive seen queens twice, once on my birthday a couple years ago. i actually screamed out while passing backstage "josh its my birthday" and he came out and said happy birthday to me, along jesse from eagles, troy, joey, and brody(bummer i missed out on natasha schneider because shes a fox, but im a big distillers fan so brody made up for it.) it was absolutely amazing, everyone was so nice josh even asked me if i wanted a drink, which i couldnt have because i had to drive from ventura to LA. but the guys and brody were just great, signed my ticket and josh shook my hand and brody gave me a hug and jesse was being his usual sexist self and it was awesome.
not to mention the performance was amazing. josh might be the best live act ive ever seen with a guitar, he is amazing. everyone was top notch, and the crowd was awesome. great spots when i saw them on my bday at the ventura theater, right up front. i was close when i saw them at the wiltern in hollywood and the crowd was also great, but it didnt compare with my bday visit. one of the best live performances ive ever seen, along with radiohead and muse. (yes, muse put on a great show and they arent so big in the states so they hung out with their fans) im very much looking forward to interpol, though im not expecting the atmosphere queens had. i just hear interpol are perfectionists on stage, ill be happy enough to see them, love them. |

interpol are decent live. QOTSA is one of the better shows I've ever seen, even with Josh singing Song For The Deaf and no Nick (wtf!!!!!!!!)
