Scimitar sounds like something that would've been on American Gothic.

Jimmy ripping with jazz cats as Corgan throws the whole band off with a plinky off brand solo is already worth the click

Sir Paul McCartney is going to hunt down Bald Bastard Bill and sue his ass for ripping off 'Here Comes the Sun' with 'Sphincter'... I mean 'Scimitar'.

I like how Chloe sang out of tune and billy didn’t stand up and walk out on her.

This. That and the half-ass bar band with Billy, Sierra Swan, and Billy. The three of them were legitimately more entertaining and exciting than a lot of the Smashing Pumpkins concerts of the last few years. They even made that song from CYR sound good.

Watched some of this last night.
New song about photographs won't be heard from again (fingers crossed) Blurracane was excellent I could happily have an album of Jim, Sierra and Pops. Anyone think Jimmy's comment around 2017 about 4 grumpy old men and 1 grumpy old woman in a rehersal room was referencing Swann? They never rehersed with D'arcy and she really fits that description (do like her though) |

Is Perry on a dragon dose of SSRI's or has he always been like this?

Billy’s solo on impressions was surprisingly good.. cool to hear him play on a jazz standard.
I wonder if all of the right wing nut job fans are freaking out over billy supporting a “sensible gun control” platform? Hope so. Tired of reading right wing politics from pumpkins fans. |

Perry did, but billy sat on stage with him as he said it, and that exact phrase is now highlighted in an SP insta story. Sounds to me like they’re in support of it and all on the same page as far as gun control goes. Imo it’s the most directly political things they’ve stood up for in years.
