I reckon the record is going to be a neutured version of the live performance. Like a Virex Imploding Voice kinda deal. No way it will be as straight ahead as the live version. Has to have synths slapped all over.

Whoever paranoid talked to was talking out their ass. It doesn’t sound synthy. Guitar tone and production very similar to the Good in Goodbye. It doesn’t sound bad.

It sounds shite. The song is boring, just the one note really for the whole thing. "Empires" repeated to the point where the word loses all meaning. Guitars are too quiet, nothing happens with them.

I'd rather the synth ones at this stage.
