Hmm if I was your marketing instructor I might take issue with the fact that you didn't specify what size tattoo. Granted someone may be willing to pay $300 for a large piece on thier back but unwilling to pay that much for a shamrock or butterfly tramp stamp.

3. Artist's ability PLUS price. While the artist must be experienced and creative/unique, I'm not paying $200 for a tattoo the size of a silver dollar.
