The only argument to the contrary, which is a stupid one, is that Billy is the Pumpkins, which is of course utterly moronic because how can a part be greater than its whole, regardless of how important that part is? Simply ridiculous!

There's no way they banked any money on the last tour. I liked the orb, but that's the kind of thing that would have made sense in 2008-09 when there may have had an audience. I bet that thing cost more than the band members and all their techs combined. In fact, I bet Billy's guitar tech made more money on that tour than Nicole did.

What did Oceania sell? 100k copies? Kind of sad to go out like that.

i'm at the point now where there is an overwhelming plethora of average bands with a couple good songs that are fairly entertaining live, like pretty much everyone, and only a few rare examples of someone doing full albums of excellence combined with a spectacular live presence, like deerhunter
