It's not too bad. It's so strange how some drummers can pull off this more complex stuff but sound crap when the drumming needs to be more basic. I think Jimmy once said that the "two-four" type of drumming you hear in "Come With Me" is the most difficult one to pull off well.

This is much better than I expected... I wont buy it. But mikey sounds pretty fucking good on this recording. Why doesnt he bring some of this to TbK vol3?!?! WHICH, BY THE WAY, when the fuck are we getting new songs? Doesnt someone know something about the band that they can share with us here on netphoria. And am i the only one who cant get to the oboard?

The fact that he sounds pretty decent on his own band's work--and when playing As Rome Burns--tells me that it isn't so much that he is a poor drummer, but rather that he seems to have a fairly limited stylistic range. He can do the prog metal thing, but nothing more subtle.
