two opposing subcultures

the fraternity brother is an opportunist. He uses his connections to unlock doors that would otherwise be locked. He excells at business and schemes. He leeches off of others instead of finding his own way. He pretends to be a leader but he is really more of a follower. He lets his presence be known. He commands attention.

the surfer is a free spirit. he is a proud underachiever. his philosophy in life is to be passive as opposed to being agressive. He is a bum to those who oppose his lifestyle. he only wants to enjoy himself and to ensure that those around him are enjoying themselves as well. He has no time for discipline and structure. He has no sense of time at all.
