Thanks Bonny! All is well, had a good day walking through an amateur artists sale/festival http://artisphere.org and then went out for eats and drinks with the wife.
Cobb is doing well. He took a travel contract in Baltimore and then accepted a permanent position at the same facility. He moved up there start of last year but it's all good as we make it up every couple of months to visit. As far as best buddy stories go, he saw where I was for dinner on Facebook and call in ordered a prickleback shot (Baltimore Orioles tradition I guess? We drank them outside Camden Yards) to my table while seated for dinner. It confused me greatly at first until I made sense of it but then it completely hit the spot- from several states away no less BTW, pickelback shots are the truth. They've got electrolytes. Last time we visited we drove into Philly for a day a hockey game. Probably going to bounce to NYC from Balt the next time we're there. I haven't seen most of the NE since I was a kid. PS You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to ohnoitsbonnie again. |
