Like I said, Sarah. Some bands should just stop existing. Especially them.

I have never heard a good pumpkins cover. people can try but they'll just never be able to do it. It's not the same if it's not Billy singing.

this never occurred to me until you mentioned it. I've never heard a good cover of them.

Did anyone get that Pumpkins Tribute thing that was being whored around on Myspace?

Thumbs up

Someone posted a cover of Drown here a couple of years ago, someone from this board i think. The ending guitar feedback part was repleaced by a chorus of female voices. It was fantastic, easily the best SP cover I've ever heard.

Where is this guy??

Ropey Lopey, your links don't work.

Oh yeah, and bodies is definatly not what I was expecting. I mean, I'm all for someone making a song their own when they cover it, I normal think that is better, but, I guess in some cases you should just leave it the way it is.

oh my... um... no... please... not serious... this was physically painful - nothing against the band, but there's something very special about the recording Billy put out of the this song - they had no business messing with it.
and that was honest to god my first time listening to a cover song - never done it b4 and now i think i shall never do it again.

pardon me while i go cleanse myself with the entire Tonight Tonight disc... i feel DIRTY
