what an amazing show!
anyway, he didnt play any SP songs. only the intro of today. i felt my heart beating faster when it happened.
the songs are good, nothing to do with SP but he still had some opportunities to show us his guitar talents with some cool solos. he did 2 encores.
in the end he came to shake ppl's hands. i was the first one. when i saw him walk to me i didnt know what to do. i guess he first came to me because i had put this small banner on stage and he had read it while playing and pointed at me.
anyway, we could tell he didnt remember what "saudade" means. grrrrrrr.
when i went away, i was listening to SP stuff and hmmmm i fucking miss them a lot, damn.
billy rocks and all but it just isnt the same. anyway it was worth going there. a wonderful night to remember for a long time.
peace.

could you be a little bit more specific?

what did he play as an encore? any Chicago songs? any songs off-TheFutureEmbrace?
how long did the show last?
how much banter? how much interaction? how much jokes?
reconstruction of the album songs or alternative versions?

I shaked hand as well

The show, the song, even billy the man......eveything very very good, but......nothing´s the same again...all things changed really, and i´ve liked it a lot, but left with a nostalgic mood, dont know why.....

ps: the concept for the show is really good, but still miss and old and tradicional rock show from billy

ermmmm i'll try

i think he played the whole album (or at least 10/11songs of it). on the last song of the album he sings it all by himself alone on stage behind a soft electronic beat.
he thanked a couple of times, he was always smiling. we were a nice crowd although a lot of ppl could have be warmer. he was dressed in black with a cap/hat similar to an army one. then he took it off and scratched his head. he also took of his jacked. he had huge black boots.
i have no idea about the lenght of the show. around 80/90mins i guess. he played a cover of a AC/DC song. i liked mina loy a lot. it's my favourite so far. he played versions similar to the ones which have been put out.
anyway, Gliss were ok too.
and i must repeat that i loved the way the show ended. billy, all by himself, shaking the hands of the crowd on the first row, with patience and smiling a lot.

@ malta portuguesa: para quando essa bootleg? depois temos que combinar umas horitas no soulseek e tal (ou msn).
e ja agora a setlist sff
rock on!

Playing the intro of "Today" seems like a bad, bad idea. I know it's not a big deal really, but all it's going to do is remind fans of the Pumpkins and make them wish they were seeing them instead of Linda Strawberry and hearing "Today" instead of "Strayz". It sounds like the show was great though. Thanks a lot for the updates.
