hardly any time, and it's entirely incidental. between going from my car to work and running errands around campus during work, it's probably a total of about 20 minutes outside a day.

I dont know how to answer this question. I am outside for probably half an hour each day from just walking to and from buildings or vehicles...

but some days I have to go visit sites and then I am outside for hours... some days I am stuck in the office. some weekends I go lay by the pool or play outside and some I dont. but I dont think I have enough consistency to come up with numbers for an average.

im not black. i just think its a childish/derogatory word that was quite unnecessary in context. no racism assumed, i just dont understand why the word is still thrown around these days

Since I can walk to and from work now that I've started my new job, I'm up to between 2-3 hours a day when I run. Especially since my subway pass won't be subsidized till August and I am paying per ride. So in full detail:

30 minutes to work
30 minutes back
45-60 minutes warming up, running, cooling down (most days)
30+ minutes miscellaneous stuff -- running errands, going out, walking to friends' houses, etc.

30-60min in the Spring/Summer/Fall and 5+ in the Winter. At least for the next year or two.

On days when I have class, I'm probably outside a total of 30 minutes (walking around on campus, then random to/from car-walkings at work and stuff)... sometimes more depending on what else I have to do on campus that day.

On days when I don't have class, it's probably more around 10 minutes. Walking to/from the car, taking the trash out at work, walking to the mailbox, etc.


I get sunburned super easily.. I use SPF 85 for god's sake, and even then my nose still gets pink. But I did go to Six Flags last week (and used copious amounts of my SPF 85), and barely got pink anywhere. It was a miracle. That day I was outside for about 6 hours
