it is vodka in a plastic jug, but it does come from TJ's, so i am torn i'm sure it wouldn't cost me too much to find out for myself... |

i find there are very big differences in plenty of vodkas. among my favs are sky, finlandia, and this new one i'm trying is pearl. the regulars like absolute are good favorites, but grey goose isn't that much better than lower priced higher flitered vodkas. i prefer to have at least a little flavor in there, and have it not taste like a plastic bottle! ugh!
also, state and county laws come into affect when buying alcohol here. in oxford they don't serve liquor on sundays and you can't buy or sell it on sundays. liquor stores close at 10 and beer is closed for sale at 12am. HOWEVER, in jackson you can get liquor all the time anytime, but restaurants still have 'last calls'...you just go to the seedy part of town and get it whenever you want it. beer, in rankin county is sold cold, but there are no liquor stores. in oxford beer is sold warm and there are liquor stores! very puzzling. |

this stuff...is definitely not the same quality of smirnoff. not as bad as the typical drug store jug of booze. but...eeesh. |
