Default Record collections

We got a decent record player a year ago and our collection has exploded. Official number is 323. Most of them are husband’s and I know this is kind of cliche at this point but it’s fun.

How many do you have and what are your favorites?

We have mechanical animals and fantastic planet which are not easy to find. Also the slip by nin is apparently worth a lot and it was one of the first gifts I got from Tom like ten years ago.

NE way. Talk about record collections itt.

I should add that a lot of them were purchased with money I got from juul by completing surveys. Look into it.

5/8 of our Ikea KALLAX shelves are completely filled so we have that many.

according to Discogs, I have 1896 lp's, cd's, 7 inches, 10 inches, 12 inches, tapes and box sets, one official minidisc (The Bends) and one floppy disk single.

Plus an unlisted shitload resting in storage.

I got Significant Other by Limp Bizkit for $.99 on vinyl about 6 years ago for the lulz.

Otherwise, my collection ain't much to sneeze at. I have a pretty neat pressing of All Eternals Deck by Mountain Goats that is clear vinyl.

Smile

We have two crates' worth of records from various relatives, mostly '70s rock/country, which suits me very fine

I think the only notable album I've ever actually purchased (aside from Adore, lol, lol) is the Dave Brubeck Quartet's Jazz Goes to Junior College, which is sublime
