There's very little in those new songs to distinguish them from anything he's done on Cotillions or Ogilala. Strummy strummy / wobbly voice wobbly voice etc.

project was abandoned after Bill & friends realized you could not in fact make vinyl with hot tea in place of wax

there are now hundreds of mishapen tea vinyls sitting, you guessed it, on a shelf

If you treat music as a job at the start when you love the adventure of music, you can be ultra productive, and create amazing tunes. But when you lose the love of music and just work on it 15 hours a day it'll sound like the music he's been putting out.
He should just give up making new music and focuse on the curating side.

Or, he could concentrate on a set of 12 great songs every 4 or 5 years or so, rather than putting out something like 50 songs in the last few years.
