Here's the email I seny my girlfriend describing what happened

So, Tom came in and I was the only one on the floor. Sandra was upstairs talking to a rep. He asked if anyone else was here to help him. I told him no and that he needed to get over whatever he thinks I did to him. He got pissed and asked if I was Indian. I told him I'm Pakistani. And he was like "that's even worse" So I told him to get the fuck out of here. I said some other shit but I don't remember what it was. He wouldn't leave so I paged Sandra and told her he was being racist. She ran downstairs and told him he's never allowed. She continued to yell at him outside. Other customers were in the store
