there are torrents on tradersden.org. Do a search and you'll find it I'm sure.

look in the webcast thread and you can actually find direct untorrented file links as well as links to the mp3's

You can download the MTV broadcast here, or you can download the Rockpalast webcast here. You will need a torrent tracker such as uTorrent to download them.
