I really like the way the melodic guitar riff transists into the bridge out of the first verse. And no matter what you think about music like this you can't deny that Noname Whataburger was one of the best guitarists of the 90s man. That solo on "let me be dolphin guy" is just so expressive mang, yknow?

Monty Python were a pretty tight comedy group though. The interplay between Idle, Palin Cleese and co was inspired and groundbreaking and you cant deny their sense of comedic rhythm.

You might not ever seen those

Ah the 90's when synergy meant that everything including sitcoms had disposable "soundtrack" albums full of songs that often had nothing to with the movie or show. Just keep throwing the same shitty band on them until you've tricked people into thinking they were good.

Quote:
The band finally achieved fame with their third album, fear. The album was released in 1991, and saw the singles "All I Want" and "Walk on the Ocean" reach the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100. The album became the band's first RIAA-certified platinum album.

The 1992 film Buffy the Vampire Slayer featured the song "Little Heaven" and was included in the movie soundtrack.

In 1993, the Mike Myers feature film So I Married an Axe Murderer included the song "Brother" on its soundtrack. "Brother" later appeared on the In Light Syrup compilation album, as well as on the 2004 release of the live album Welcome Home: Live at the Arlington Theatre, Santa Barbara 1992.

In 1994, after years of heavy touring, the band released Dulcinea, their follow-up to fear. This album spawned the hit singles "Fall Down", which reached No. 1 on the US Modern Rock charts, as well as No. 5 on the Mainstream Rock chart, and "Something's Always Wrong", which also charted. Like fear, this album was certified platinum by the RIAA.

A compilation album of b-sides and rarities, In Light Syrup, was released in 1995; it included the singles "Good Intentions", which was featured on the soundtrack for the television show Friends, as well as the aforementioned "Brother". The compilation was certified as a gold album in 2001.

The release of Coil in 1997 acted as the proper follow up to 1994's Dulcinea. Featuring a more electric, rock sound, it featured the Modern Rock and Mainstream Rock hit "Come Down", as well as the singles "Crazy Life" (a previous recording of the song was featured on the soundtrack for the film Empire Records) and "Whatever I Fear", which did not chart. The album, despite the success of "Come Down" as a single, failed to reach any sales benchmarks. This failure is often attributed to the label doing a poor job of promoting the album.

DENVER - The lead singer of a band, arrested for trespassing in a restricted area at Denver International Airport, will likely avoid any punishment.

Video obtained exclusively by 7NEWS shows "Puddle of Mudd" lead singer, Wes Scantlin, riding on the oversized luggage carousel at DIA last month.

"It is a secured area of the airport and a regular passenger is absolutely not allowed to be back there," said DIA spokesman Heath Montgomery. "You are required to have a background check and an airport ID badge in order to be back there."

Despite going into an area that requires security clearance, he did not face any federal charges. He was arrested by Denver police and charged with trespassing.

Scantlin also had an outstanding warrant from 2006 for speeding 25 to 39 mph over the speed limit on Pena Boulevard, and driving without a license, according to public records.

He bonded out that night and arrived late to a schedule concert at Cassleman's Bar & Venue in Denver's River North neighborhood, north of Coors Field.

Puddle of Mudd is probably best known for the 2001 songs, "Blurry" and "She Hates Me."

The surveillance video captured Scantlin riding in one of the slots for oversized baggage.
