I don’t know what’s weirder – the fact that someone would even post that or that there is a section of the site dedicated to “missed connections”…my curiosity got the best of me and I read some of the posts, some of the people on there are quite frightening. I’m guessing the band is now rehearsing in Chicago then.

he's eating california pizza kitchen takeout with me as we speak. we're trying to figure out why anyone would put apple slices and walnuts into a salad.

Desperado is on TV, which i think may secretly be a fantasy of billy's. he's been waving his guitar case around like its a gun and standing on my couch cushions for the last 20 minutes. he keeps saying "lets play" over and over.

i told him if zeitgesit fails he should wander from town to town with an acoutic guitar like el mariachi, but only if he watches out for the blind, one-armed man. This startled billy, who simply remarked in a somber voice "johnny depp -- we were friends once. i forced myself to write Real Love the day he walked out on me. now look at him. secret window sucked. and i think he played willy wonka just to spite me."
