3. Both are works of art produced by WPC.

excellent point. adore is a bloated pretencious album that falls flat on it's face, whereas, cyr is packed full of romping, stomping, grooving tunes that show WPC at the top of his game, a late zenith, if you will.

Not completely. Obviously I am exaggerating to provoke some feisty discussion on this otherwise moribund board. But I also actually kinda enjoy Cyr, at least until it really starts to drag in the second half.

I mean does it blow compared to SP1? Of course! Is it the best thing WPC has done in over a decade? I dare say it is!

I pretty much stopped listening to Billcorg after American Gothic. Just a song here and there, and they all sucked. Then I listened to the Shiny album cos James. After I wanted to kill myself.

I can't believe that I actually listened to Cyr 5 or 6 times, and sorta enjoyed 60-70% of the album.
