i haven't thought of heche since the 90s until recently and just barely; it's sad she or anyone would be in a coma but she deserves to be charged if she ever wakes up. comas and money shouldn't be get out of jail free cards. hell, just put her in a prison hospital and let her wake up there. treat her like a regular person...that'll learn her!
